Albertus's journey to professional baseball is far from your average one, but he undoubtedly wouldn't have had it any other way.  Injured in all four years of collegiate ball, he made the decision to forgoehis senior season to train and perfect his craft at Driveline Baseball, an elite baseball program in Washington.  While dealing with doubters and nonbelievers throughout, Albertus's decision paid off, as he was signed by the Philadelphia Phillies in 2019, where all he did was post a 4-0 record with a 0.87 ERA over the span of three Minor League levels, while striking out 23 and only allowing two earned runs. Albertus represents the word "professional" in all facets, and is looking to continue his success while sharing the valuable lessons he has learned during the course of his career.
